Daniel turns 2!!

Daniel had his birthday on June 16 and officially crossed the 2 year old milestone. As if to prove it he threw a tantrum and had to be put in time out for a few minutes until he could recompose himself. He had a musical candle holder on his cake that played the happy birthday theme and when he couldn't figure out how the little gadget worked he screamed in frustration and threw a fit.

After a minute in time out he was ready for cake and presents.




His Oma gave him a new book to read because he loves reading so much.




Its about a tiger.


He also got a little car with a horn. His cousins have one that he just loves so we got him one that he can use at our house now too.


Then he also got a refrigerator magnet set. This one has colors, letters and types of food.



The last time we were at Rawhide we said we would get him a stick horse since he likes to gallop around the house so much anyway. So we got him one a couple weeks ago when we were there with Heidi's dad. We saved it and gave it to him as one of his gifts for his birthday. His granny Lynn and Opa gave him the hat to go with it.

If you squeeze the left ear it neighs, if you squeeze the right ear it makes a galloping noise. (The horses ears..)

For some reason he refused to eat ice cream. I did my best to get him to eat it but he wouldn't. He's had ice cream before and loves it, so I don't know what he was thinking this time.
