Daniel turns 4!

This past week, Daniel turned 4. He is so excited to be getting older. He is so excited that he is only 1 year away from kindergarten! We invited some of his preschool friends over and had a blast playing on our waterslide, eating cake, and opening presents.


Here is Daniel's rocket cake. All I can say is I love Wilton cakes! These are actually individual cupcakes placed together to make the rocket shape. The kids loved the cupcakes and the rocket was a big hit! Daniel was so excited watching me make it that morning.


Daniel scored on the present arena. Every one of his friends absolutely nailed it when they bought Daniel's gifts. He had drawing toys, puzzles, a slip-n-slide, How to Train Your Dragon magic eggs, etc... He was in heaven! The kids all loved watching the egg melt into a dragon. It had them all mesmerized.




My mom has a fun tradition of sending my kids balloons that are filled with their birthday money. Daniel absolutely loves it and gets so excited to pop his balloon. The above videos are him in action. Thanks mom-- you have always had a great talent for making birthdays special!
