It amazes us how children learn. Lately, Daniel has been shocking us with some of the things he had learned without us knowing it. Here are some videos of him showing what he has learned through Osmosis during preschool. He doesn't really join my preschool group for any lengthy period of time so I have no clue what he is learning if anything. Previous to these videos we had told Darin's dad that Daniel knew maybe 3-4 letters inconsistently. He sure proved us wrong-- he got about 75% of the letters correct with either their letter name or sound. WOW!
Just a few days prior to this I was reading a counting book with him and asked him to count for me. I thought he could count to 2 or 3-- but he just kept on going and ended up counting to 8 without a single mistake-- and had 1-1 correspondence down pat. We're so proud of our 2 1/2 year old!!
